Exchanges are permitted exclusively for items of equal or lesser volume. Items of greater volume are not eligible for exchange under this policy. Please ensure that the replacement item meets these criteria before initiating an exchange.

Please note that each product is handmade, handwoven, and hand-dyed, which may result in natural imperfections.
